NOTES:
- Compatible only with LS3 / L92 style rectangle port cylinder heads.
- Will fit 6.0L engines equipped with rectangle port heads only (LY6, L96).
- Will NOT fit raised port LS7 cylinder heads.
- Will NOT fit cathedral port engines, including 4.8L, 5.3L, and most 6.0L applications (LQ4, LQ9, LS1, LS2, LS6).
- Port shape, bolt pattern, and runner alignment must match cylinder head design.
- Verify throttle body, fuel rail, and injector compatibility before installation.
